THE BAGHELA MUSEUM

Not many have the heart to spare the rich & personal gifts or valuables brought by the near and dears and put them to be displayed in the galleries for the crowed to see! Late Maharaja was not a greedy man. He decided to place his Royal belongings to the people to see & be proud of the rich Heritage!

The Baghela Museum mirrors the richness of character of the Rulers of this dynasty & not the pompousness of kingship! but the presents, gifts & other procured items over a passage of 700 years old of Baghela rulers. It also has the rare statues of Kalchury era dating back to 6th to 8th centuries A.D. This Museum is divided in to 4 categories: Arms Gallery, Mohan (White tiger)Gallery, Paintings & Rare Collections, The Stone Gallery.
